PETER WYNN WILLIAMS - Investment Director & Partner, The Henley
Group
Circling The Plughole
With global financial markets now in the worst shape that
they have been in since the credit crunch struck around this time
in 2008, Peter will briefly discuss the many issues still facing
politicians, central bankers, voters and
investors all over the world, and offer his assessment of how we
can protect our capital and its buying power from fast-moving
events and treacherous markets.
DOMINIC CHUNG - Executive Director, Investment Properties,
CB Richard Ellis Limited
Where are we in the property market?
The property market has not been unaffected by the turmoil
in financial markets over the summer. Many behavioural changes have
already been observed in many market participants (e.g. developers,
speculators, property investors and end users), which have turned a
new page for the market. Drawing on his twenty-four years'
experience, Dominic will share with you his views on:
• Fundamentals of the property market
• Where is the residential sector heading?
• Opportunities in other sectors such as office, retail, industrial
and serviced apartment/hotel
